What to Expect:
The Gorge, home of the Kentville Canada Cup, offers diverse terrain and something for everyone from beginner to expert riders. From smooth-rolling beginner trails to steep rooty, rocky terrain for advanced riders, The Gorge has it all. You’ll also find a fun skills park at the main entrance and many built-up free ride features on the trails for an added challenge.
For
Wider, smooth trails such as “Flying Squirrel”, “Curious Gorge” and “Bottle Rocket” are great options for newer riders looking to find their flow.
The parks double track loop is also a great way to explore the park before branching off onto the single track trails for the first time.
Intermediate riders will enjoy riding the more challenging trails at The Gorge where they will find plenty of places to test this skills such as on trails like “Ninja Kitten”, “Root Canal” or “Classic Gorge”. Natural terrain with roots and rocks with just a bit of flow tossed in along the way is what you’ll find.
The Gorge offers plenty of terrain for advanced and expert riders to explore. Many optional jumps, drops, log rides and other technical features can be found throughout the park. Check out trails like “Purple Hayes’ and “The Stadium” if your looking for some air time and a bit of down hill fun!
